Everything about them was great. I had an emergency, and they were able to work with me on little notice. They showed up on time as promised, cleaning was thorough and they left without a trace. Everything you'd want from a cleaning service.

Spiflee was able to schedule a same-day move-in cleaning for me after my scheduled service cancelled on the morning of the cleaning, and unlike other companies I called, didn’t upcharge for the same-day scheduling. Patricia and her team were amazing! They did a thorough deep clean - including scrubbing baseboard and window sills. They definitely cleaned the house as if it were their own and the quality showed through. I look forward to using them on future projects.

Overall the cleaning was good. I was happy with how the bathrooms, kitchen and inside oven and fridge looked. The vacuuming was pretty lack luster though. Spiflee was very responsive and understanding of my concerns and provided compensation for the vacuuming. I appreciate the professionalism. I would do business with Spiflee again but just request a different team.
