FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In the beginning, it started as an influence from my older brother, then as I began learning all the skills I started liking the job and as I worked in another company with my brother I started getting a passion to learn more, which got me to the point where I was inspired and motivated to start my own painting company and start bringing in my own family like my brothers and sisters plus my partner. our company is very family orientated, because I was introduced to this work by my older brother. Then it started branching out family friends, which would join our crew, but even if they are not related we still support each other as a team and act like a big family with each new relation we come across when we hire someone new to join the team.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
always set up a consultation so the professional can see how big the job is so they can give an accurate price for the project, and also understand that the labor, plus buying the materials to do some jobs it costs, so professionals want to give quality work but if they dont have the adequate budget from the client it puts a strain on the professional, because they also have a business to run and workers to pay.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
customers should always ask themselves if they have the measurements of the rooms that might be included in the job, if photos are necessary so the professional know the job they will be hired to do.In addition, you must think if you will be providing the material because that's extra cost on the side of the project itself, then also you must have an idea how long the professionals have to finish the job and the times they can come to the home and work on the project. Lastly know their budget for the project they want done in their home.
