I contacted Jimmy in a rush to do some touch-up painting and plumbing repair. I was out of town and so I trusted him to come into the condo to do the repairs. He was trustworthy and communicative every single step of the way. He always discussed the price first and never had any surprises. Because I could not be there, I had to rely on him to judge the finished quality and he was his own critic, deciding to come back another day to improve the touch-up painting to make sure that it matched the color of the walls. He also communicated with me up over text with every step of the way to buy a new shower assembly and he discussed how he would need to install it. He figured out what he needed to do there which was more involved than I thought. But he offered me a fair and reasonable price before beginning to work. He also finished the work with high quality on time. He sent photos of the finished work and also did a video conference with me to show me the finished work. He was very easy to communicate and to work with. Very respectful and trustworthy. I plan to go with him again as my handyman in future projects.

Jimmy Garcia spruced up my master bathroom suite by performing a variety of tasks. He removed the old light fixer in the water closet. He also did a partial re-grouting of the shower area which included caulking the shower pan area and removing the old replaced shower head and hand held shower spray with a new one. He thoroughly cleaned the shower pan and removed the old shower door and installed a new shower door. Lastly, he removed the old pop-up stopper to the jacuzzi tub and installed a new one. Very pleased with the results and am having him to spruce up the Hall bathroom as well.

Jimmy came to help with a 7 panel wallpaper for my nursery. He was late but I was going to be home so it wasn’t too big of an issue. We had some issues lining up the wallpaper panels but it worked out eventually. I learned wallpapering isn’t easy and you’re going to have some imperfections. BUT Jimmy was determined to make sure I was satisfied and I especially appreciate his clean up efforts! He made sure to get all the bubbles out as much as he could. He used magic eraser to get all the dirty spots cleaned. He made sure the edges were all trimmed nicely. Lastly, he took away all the trash and cleaned the floor! We also found this brand of wallpaper to be really good. Some panels had to be redone several times but it was still very sticky! :) check out WOWmural on Etsy. It turned out perfect in the end. I’m a happy mama.
