Roberto was a great pro to work with! He came to my home the next day to give me a free estimate after I requested his services. Him and his team completed the job the next week but could’ve done it sooner upon request. Roberto provided prompt and swift communication and service. I appreciated his professionalism and cost-efficient value for his amazing work when patching up my drywall from water damage. He also completed an additional small drywall patchwork for no extra price and I couldn’t be happier with the work!

Overall, an okay experience but a bit frustrating. I scheduled an estimate for gutter cleaning and was told someone would arrive between 12 and 1. I mentioned that before 12:45 would be best because I had a meeting at 1. The technician ended up arriving around 12:57, which made things a bit rushed since I had to quickly step away from work to meet them. I still tried to accommodate and make time, but unfortunately I never received the estimate afterward. Communication and follow-through could definitely be improved. If those things were more reliable, the experience would have been much better.
