Roy came out quickly to evaluate and give us a quote. He and Ryland were here at 8:00 on the day after Thanksgiving and had is all cleaned up in about 2 hours. We are happy to be mold free!

I spoke with Roy Thomas regarding mold issues in my basements crawl space. Mr Thomas was kind and attentive to my problem. He assessed the situation and explained everything to me in laymen's terms. He also worked me into his busy schedule because I had a tight turn around. I am so pleased with the finished product. His staff arrived on time, was very professional and reiterated what they were going to do. And when it was all said and done, they left everything immaculate. I cant not say enough about this company. Please if you are looking for a good quality company with absolute experts - look no further. I promise you they deliver.I had Mr Roy come out to my rental property where after a long time of me suspecting a mold issue, he came through and confirmed my suspicion, which now makes it easier for me to make a solid case. My baby was getting ill, including myself and my husband, and I just knew there was something else going on. Roy from ZeroMold came to our home to assess our mold problem. We had mold on the walls in our basement bathroom, on the the HVAC system and the ductwork in the basement and on the side of the ductwork in the basement's bedroom. Roy and his crewmember removed the mold then sprayed a cleaning solution in all the registers in our home to kill the mold that had collected there for a reasonable price. Roy is a true professional. We always take our time on assessments and remediation projects to provide our clients with very detailed and accurate information so that they can make the best decision to suit their needs or financial situation. We offer Free & Safe in home assessments to provide our customers with all the required information upfront in order to educate them with no strings attached
