I was very happy with my experience with It's Your Move Movers! Their prices are great, so unlike other moving companies, I didn't feel ripped off. Fredy showed up with three workers when my job only requested two; however, he recognized that he brought an extra mover and offered a compromise by meeting me in the middle and not charging me the full fee for 3 movers, which I really appreciated. I thought that was very professional and great customer service! Having three movers made the move really quick (right under 2 hours) and even with the rate being more than I had originally planned, I saved money! I would've spent more if he had only brought two workers to do the same job since it would've taken them longer to complete the move. I had one box that was dropped, but it was a complete accident and innocent mistake. After they left, I discovered a few plates had broken during the fall, but it wasn't a big deal! If the items had been anything of value and I had contacted Fredy, I know he would have replaced them in a heart beat. Very customer service friendly! Overall, a great family owned & operated company. Thanks for doing a great job!

It's your move movers are very professional. They worked extremely hard and made moving, which is generally very stressful, smooth and easy. My wife and I truly appreciated their service and Freddy was a pleasure to deal with.

I had It's Your Move Movers pick up some furniture from a warehouse and deliver it to a property that I was staging in DC. The owner Fred Miranda was very professional and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He called the day before to get the details of the job and was in touch while he was on his way. This was my first time using It's Your Move Movers, but it probably won't be my last.
