As an international traveller, from London UK, I have particularly valued Jay's first-class personal service. He has driven my daughter between college in Williamsburg VA and Dulles airport for the last two years, and has been 100% reliable, helping her with mountains of luggage and reminding her to bring her ticket and passport! He has also driven me when visiting the USA. Whatever the weather or the traffic, he always gets us there on time. He has also driven me on my visits to the USA. His cars are extremely comfortable and he and his drivers are very professional and trustworthy. The service is well worth the cost. Highly recommended.

Jay was absolutely amazing. He picked up my 82 year old mother right on time, helped her out, took her to her destination and made sure she was checked in and okay before he departed. Jay's Sedan Service is a true diamond in the rough of town car services in DC. Jay's outstanding customer service is enough to compel me to create a yelp account and write my first review. After months of experimenting with other services, I have used Jay's sedan for my transportation needs for the past 3 years. Communication prior to travel is terrific, and Jay always makes sure you catch your flight, train, or meeting with plenty of time to spare. Jay makes the experience entirely stress free so you can relax, prepare for your trip, or get work done while you're on the road. I've never been as productive while traveling as I have in Jay's car. He also has a brand new, incredibly comfortable car, which is always stocked with water and candy. Prices are flat, reasonable, and tip is automatically included. All cards are taken using square, and email receipts are immediately sent, which makes submitting them for expense reports a breeze. There is never any hassle or squabbling. For those of you concerned with the price, this is a chauffer service and not a taxi. When prices are compared to other chauffer services, Jay is competitive, and a higher value. I've paid just more for other car services in the DC area and have had horrible experiences: old town cars with inoperable windows, stuck open in the rain, late drivers, lost drivers, etc. If you want a completely stress free, productive ride anywhere from, to, in, or around DC, then Jay's Sedan Service is the only way to go.
