Amazing experience and delicious selections. Chef Craig and his wife came in and whipped up a delicious meal for my wife’s birthday. They were so down to earth and cooked our courses very timely. They were very punctual and you could taste the freshness in the dishes. Will definitely hire Alana’s catering again. Do yourself a favor and book them!

Everything was simply amazing and delicious!! The things I loved most were the fairness with the pricing and flexibility at the last minute. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my pricing is going to be the best and fairest according to thier specific needs. If the client is happy there is a better chance of being rehired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i always want to make sure my clients are comfortable with me and the food I'm preparing. Being that I'm a people person it's not that hard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have no formal culinary credits ..but i have over 30 yrs in hospitality. fine dining and catering
