It’s been an incredible experience working with Active Lifestyle (Sam). I’ve seen a handful of trainers in my life and what stands out the most about Sam is that he asks at every training session if I have any new limitations to my workouts. For example I sit for work and have always had a bit of shoulder issues that I’ve never addressed. He immediately gave me a routine to address my shoulder clicking I rarely question. It’s very important to have a trainer that is tuning into how my entire body feels as a semi-beginner. I highly recommend this gym for personal training

We decided to go with Sam as our personal trainer because after talking to him once, my boyfriend and I were inspired and motivated to work out and eat healthy. We had our evaluation session and Sam was amazing. He really cares about his clients. Sam was engaged, pushed us just the right amount and gave us a lot of feedback and information. Highly recommend.
