- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is on a sliding scale per the sessions purchased. Hourly rates are $65 per hour for a minimum of 6 sessions purchased. 7 to 12 sessions are priced at $55 per session, 13 or more sessions are $50 per session. Half hour pricing is as follows: minimum of 6 is $45 per 1/2 hour, 7-12 sessions are $42.50 per session, 13 or more are $40 per session.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I stumbled into personal training as I needed a conditioning cert to coach football and wrestling after I graduated from High School. To check the box, I secured my first Certification during my sophomore year of my undergraduate studies. I’ve been hooked every since. Coming up in athletics and always leading a healthy lifestyle made getting certified even more of a beneficial move to make. 20 years later, I find myself personal training full time. I love everything about it.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
As I've gained more experience and grown as a trainer, I've began training Seniors. The reward, for me, is seeing my Senior clients maintain strength, endurance, and continue with a desired quality of life.
