Stephanie has been great! She's been coming twice a day to walk our puppy and she's been super flexible about time changes and our work schedules to ensure Zoey doesn't go more than 3 hours between walks. She's also been great about sending us updates throughout the day so that we always know how our puppy is doing.

We love Stephanie! We use her for daily walks, and she is so great with our pup. She's incredibly reliable, very flexible with timing, and always offers to help us out when we are in a bind. She also has training experience, which helps our pup become better-behaved!

Stef does it again! We learned a few years back that our cat does not do "boarding" well. So for a trip that took us out of town for one week we hired Stef again. Before she took care of two animals (dog and cat...see a previous review). This time it was just the feline.
Not only did Stef do what we needed (come in twice per day to feed our pet; change his sand; play with him) but she also checked our mailbox and removed packages from the front porch.
One thing I learned about our cat is that he eats less when people are not around. Stef was good about reaching out to me to check on how little our pet was consuming, just to give us an update. When he had a "hairball incident" she cleaned it up, and reported it to me.
Her reports were not cumbersome to receive while on vacation as they were few, and only when there was a true concern. I am delighted to have someone so trustworthy coming to care for the cat! I heartily recommend Stef's Pet Services!

Stephanie has been great with our 9 week old puppy. She comes twice a day to let him out for the bathroom, plays with him, and gives him a snack. She is punctual and seems to really enjoy taking the time to make sure Dexter is happy and all his needs are met. we look forward to having Stephanie help us with our needs as our dog grows and matures. We have three Alaskan Malamutes (big dogs), and Stephanie went above and beyond for us. Our plans changed a few times and she was very flexible and accommodating. She cleaned up after the dogs. Two of them, who often have gastro issues, got sick and she took great care of them and kept us informed of their status. Would recommend her without hesitation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price reasonably in all instances. I will usually try to give a better rate when someone is booking for days, weeks, or even months at a time, which does happen. When it's a matter of multiple visits daily, I prefer to quote at a daily rate than per visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually prefer to do a meet & greet with new clients just to be sure it's a good fit for both of us. At this time, I am unable to petsit in my own home, I can only provide services in the client's home, but I do offer overnight services when preferred by the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read whatever I can find to further my own knowledge. I also make sure to read dog and cat magazines to keep up with current information.
