Pet Sitting

Stef was fantastic! We have a 10-year-old cat with a chronic heart condition that requires her to take medication daily. We can't board her because she refuses to eat or drink and then the boarding facility is required to take her to the vet for am emergency visit. We had a longtime pet sitter who retired and tried another person but it was a nightmare. Long story short. it's been difficult to go away for any length of time due to lack of quality cat sitting care. Stef was a Godsend! We enjoyed our trip and received daily updates (with photos!) from Stef. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Stephanie is a true friend to mascots. She was the best to work with, easy, laid back, and responsive (most important). I will continue to utilize her services whenever my fur babies need a sitter. I have a senior pet, and Stephanie was very accommodating to his needs. Would highly recommend!

Pet Sitting

We have three Alaskan Malamutes (big dogs), and Stephanie went above and beyond for us. Our plans changed a few times and she was very flexible and accommodating. She cleaned up after the dogs. Two of them, who often have gastro issues, got sick and she took great care of them and kept us informed of their status. Would recommend her without hesitation.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I try to price reasonably in all instances. I will usually try to give a better rate when someone is booking for days, weeks, or even months at a time, which does happen. When it's a matter of multiple visits daily, I prefer to quote at a daily rate than per visit.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I usually prefer to do a meet & greet with new clients just to be sure it's a good fit for both of us. At this time, I am unable to petsit in my own home, I can only provide services in the client's home, but I do offer overnight services when preferred by the client.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I read whatever I can find to further my own knowledge. I also make sure to read dog and cat magazines to keep up with current information.
