- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide standardized pricing, meaning we do not simply look at a home and “guesstimate” how much we want to charge. Instead, we have set rates, often based on square footage or linear footage (depending on the service). Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts on our services, except as part of bundled packages. But we occasionally run promotional/special offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are all about transparency. Our process starts with letting our customers know up front what our prices are and how we calculate them. If a customer decides to work with us, we meet them at the mutually agreed location and time (on time), record measurements, do a walk-through of the property to make sure we are all on the same page, confirm our pricing with the customer, and provide the service. During the process, and in no particular order, we also educate our customers by answering their questions, sharing our assessment of their property, and explaining why we are carrying out select actions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have acquired our knowledge from a number of sources including Power Wash University, Spray Wash Academy, and Doug Rucker’s Pressure Cleaning School. Our goal is to satisfy our customers by offering knowledgeable, high-quality service on each and every single visit.
