- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! My business partner and I attend cleaning industry conferences every year. In the last 12 months we've been in New Jersey and Florida meeting with other professionals. We discuss: 1. Legal changes in our industry 2. EPA and environmental regulations 3. Cleaning chemicals and advances in products 4. Equipment 5. Best practices for marketing, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are not a just power washers. We are a specialty exterior cleaning company. We do residential and also commercial work and we specialize in cleaning roof stains, siding, gutters, brick, concrete, and decks. We also handle difficult jobs like rust removal, oil spot removal, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at how the company represents themselves. Is the person they send to meet with you dressed terribly with a filthy car? If they can't keep themselves clean and neat how will they make your home clean?
