PI 1 on 1 Soccer Training

Peja Ilic is a former Division I player from Serbia with over a decade of professional playing and coaching experience. After competing in Serbia and later moving to the United States in 2012, he continued his career with the Columbus Crew and Virginia Royals, experiences that shaped both his passion for the game and his drive to mentor the next generation. Today, Peja leads the U19 Girls team in the National League and plays for the ASA Reds in the National Premier Soccer League. As a USSF “B” license candidate, he combines his deep playing background with a commitment to modern coaching methods, emphasizing both the technical and psychological demands of soccer. Peja’s coaching philosophy is rooted in holistic player development. He focuses on more than just technical skills - his approach builds tactical awareness, leadership, teamwork, resilience, and mental toughness. With tailored development plans, Peja empowers each player to reach their full potential on and off the field. As the founder, Peja carefully selects coaches who already share his philosophy and passion for player development. By training his coaches, he ensures that every session - whether led by him or his staff - delivers the same level of quality, and commitment to player growth. Whether developing elite youth players for the next level or inspiring athletes to fall in love with the game, Peja brings the same values that guided his own career: commitment, consistency, discipline, and self-belief.
