The owner has moved to Texas and is operating on autopilot. Just disappointing all around. I liked the idea of an “all in” price that included 10 years of warranty and annual service. It has been a month and my system still isn’t working properly. Every time they come to “fix” it they end up leaving it worse off. Installation was a nightmare: they dig up the yard before two straight days of rain so it was just a mud hole. Then needed to turn off the water for the house “for 2 hours” that turned into 21 hours with NO WATER and worse, kept me in the dark as to the severity of the problem so I couldn’t make arrangements to board my dogs and get a hotel. Then they let me with a busted controller. Came back to fix that and the WiFi controls broke. Still haven’t been back to fix that. The yard is terrible - did a poor job filling in the trenches and I have rolled my ankles several times trying to walk around. I had to bug them to lay down the grass seed that I paid extra for! And then they got rude with me when I had the nerve to point out how unprofessional the whole experience has been. The only thing they have done quickly and efficiently is cash my checks.

Very good experience overall. Once I contacted Wood's, they responded quickly with a proposal that offered lots of additional options. The pricing was fair. The installation went well. I was impressed with the neatness of all the piping running into the house. Very professional. They reseeded the lawn where the piping was installed. Any concerns were addressed promptly by the owner and the foreman, even after completion of the work. The system is very slick with an app controlling everything.

After approximately 2 months of having the irrigation complete I will say that the work was outstanding. They completed the job in 2 days and advised me on how to work the system. They were professional and placement were great.
