WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING
To ensure you're fully prepared for our tennis lesson, there are a few essential items you'll need to bring along. First and foremost, make sure you have a comfortable pair of tennis shoes with good traction. It's also important to wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothing that allows for unrestricted movement during our dynamic drills. If you have your own tennis racket, that's great! If you need recommendations of what racket to buy let me know and I'll send you some recommendations. Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and if you'd like, bring along a towel and a hat or visor to shield your eyes from the sun.

WHAT TO EXPECT
With over 25 years of competitively playing tennis, and over 8 years of teaching tennis lessons, I am well prepared to teach players of beginner (including inexperienced), and advanced levels. During my lessons you will gain the knowledge and skills to develop your tennis shots, and agility to get to the balls.
I will already have tennis balls, cones, and possibly other accessories used to help develop your game. Many players I've taught, have mainly been pleased with my patience, and knowledge, while having fun during the lessons.

FITNESS TRAINING
Most of my experience with fitness training has occurred for clients I have already been giving tennis lessons to but I'm more than willing to train people outside of teaching tennis. I have had coaches in the past for sports who have trained me in the correct forms and techniques of working out (such as lifting weights, stretching, running, and various cardio works) and knowing what the benefits are for each exercise. Whether clients in the past wanted to lose weight, gain muscle, or just live a healthier life, I have created some plans for them to reach their specific fitness goals. It has always been a dream of mine to put my passion for fitness and training to use where I could help do those things and am thrilled at the prospect of combining my experience and talent with your reputation and resources.
