- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Public Administration, and began my career as a Presidential Fellow with the US Department of Health and Human Services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have long been interested in using communications tools to achieve public policy objectives. From there it was short step to using those same communications tools to gain market share and enhance return on investment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experience, and a sound record of working with your target audience.
