FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, industry standards, and the urgency of the loss. Emergency services may include minimum service fees, and pricing can vary depending on the extent of damage, equipment required, and duration of work. When insurance is involved, we document thoroughly and price in line with industry-accepted guidelines to support the claims process. We explain all costs upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial assessment and emergency response if needed. We then document the damage, explain the scope of work, and begin mitigation to prevent further loss. Throughout the process, we provide updates, maintain clear communication, and ensure the property is stabilized before transitioning to the next phase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
• IICRC Certified • WRT – Water Restoration Technician • ASD – Applied Structural Drying • AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (Mold Certified) These certifications ensure our work meets professional restoration standards and best practices.
