These guys have waterproofed 2 basements installing 4 sump pumps over a 3 year period. They have remained professional and service oriented throughout. They are truly the experts on basement waterproofing as it is all they do. They have a passion for doing it, you can tell they live and breath waterproofing basements, taking a lot of pride in their work. I call them to consult on other issues I am having in locations outside of the dc area, and they even offered to fly their to check it out for me. Truly awesome.

I have had work performed in my home by The Basement Detective. I had a french drain system and sump installed to deal with a cold joint / water entry issue. Problem solved. I have also recommended them to many clients needing assistance with basement issues. I am a home inspector and I see these issues often unfortunately. Luckily, Roland comes in and explains everything, provides a cost and time line and when things work out with the sale, these clients get their problems solved as well, They have been professional, responsive, and the work performed has been near perfect.
