Poor, lacking in customer service and poor quality of work. Showed up without a ladder to replace window above the door. When finished, didn’t clean up the broken glass and debris. The window frame didn’t look finished; there are still gaps around the frame.

First let’s say the communication is horrible! I got my estimate done and the technician told me I just needed the glass only replaced. The replacement was done and my windows were leaking 10x worse than before the glass was replaced. The tech came back and said the seal needed redone on the outside. That was “done” and windows still leaking from condensation. He came back a third time and then says I need new rubber around the glass for an extra $150. I said why the hell would I pay more money when I paid $1300 for glass replacement and they should’ve seen that the rubber needed replaced too Windows originally done on 10/3 and still no solution and now he’s ghosting me and not answering my messages.

Details: 2 - 4 windows • Windowsill or casing needs repair • Window is fogging up • Condensation is forming on window • Water is leaking in • Double hung (slides up and down) • Residential
