FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Grant Funding Corp operates on a Flat-Fee or Monthly Retainer basis. No Commissions: We follow industry ethics—we never take a percentage of your grant award. This ensures your funding goes 100% to your mission. All-Inclusive: Our fees cover the full scope: research, technical writing, and two rounds of revisions. Retainers: We offer discounted rates for long-term partnerships (6+ months) to help you build a consistent funding engine. We focus on high-impact results for reentry and youth organizations, ensuring you are 'Audit Ready' for every application.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every engagement begins with our "Grant Readiness Questionnaire." We send this to you immediately to gather the technical vitals of your organization (EIN, 501c3 status, board list, and core mission). Purpose: This saves you time by allowing us to do the "heavy lifting" on research before we even get on a call. 2. The Strategic Review Once you submit the questionnaire, our team performs a Internal Audit & Market Scan. We review your documents against current 2026 funding trends (like the Prop 1 Bonds in CA or the Houston Endowment priorities in TX). Purpose: We identify any "compliance gaps" (like missing audits or expired registrations) that would get you disqualified. 3. Custom Quotation & Roadmap Based on our review, we provide a Detailed Quotation and Scope of Work (SOW). This isn't just a price tag; it’s a 6-month roadmap that outlines: Which specific grants we will target. The exact fee for each application or the monthly retainer cost.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have built a diverse portfolio across several critical sectors. Our team specializes in bridging the gap between high-need community services and complex funding requirements. Our Core Client Sectors Human Services & Reentry: We work extensively with organizations providing recovery housing, prisoner reentry services, and recidivism prevention. We understand the technicalities of NARR and CARR standards required for these high-stakes applications. Youth Development & Education: Our clients include after-school programs, GED/SAT tutoring centers, and youth athletic leagues. We focus on framing these programs around "Juvenile Diversion" and "Educational Equity." Health & Wellness: We support community health clinics and mental health advocacy groups, focusing on federal and state funding for integrated care models. Workforce Development: We partner with nonprofits that provide job placement and vocational training for justice-involved or underserved populations. Community Infrastructure: We assist organizations looking to renovate or expand facilities (like community kitchens or play areas) through Capital Improvement and CDBG grants.
