- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide package deals depending on the job type. Resumes are a two-page resume with a customized cover letter for a flat fee (from scratch or updating/editing an existing resume are different prices) or an hourly rate to review, edit, and comment on a Master's thesis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and hear what it is they really need, the purpose of the document, and have some back and forth - asking questions as they arise and getting feedback that can be incorporated to adjust fire if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I remain state of the art by reading a variety of document products and learning the standards, practices, terms, and acronyms of the various Agencies that I work for. I also participate in many chat groups and produce different types of documents (such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, etc) to learn to use the different software packages and focus of the publication and the audience who reads it.
