Reset Yoga Collective is a speciality yoga studio. We are online community and yoga studio that allows a safe space and judgment-free environment to deepen your practice and begin your yoga journey. We celebrate the BIPOC community and have a special focus on trauma survivors, PTSD healing, veterans, homeless population, and at risk youth and are established to heal and serve.
Specialize in teaching yoga to children with autism, children that have experienced trauma, and children who need help self regulating.
We are all in this together! So many things have our chakras disturbed in the world today. Let’s reset as a community.
We offer private yoga-several styles and meditation including prenatal yoga, Birth and Bereavement Doula services, yoga therapy, reiki, and trauma healing techniques.
Virtual sessions are available. In-person sessions are available if you are in the DC, MD, VA Miami, Atlanta, Tampa, or Colorado Areas.

I had an exceptional experience with Kyra! We coordinated a remote session for a girls night out during the pandemic and enjoyed a very nurturing yin yoga experience. I felt so great during and afterwards, and Kyra was so helpful, checking in constantly and guiding us through the remote session. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting at $100 session. Monthly packages staring at $400 for the first month and $100 a month after that. Memberships include private yoga and meditation services and a free massage from your local Massage Envy once a month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be in tune with my customers and identify their true needs so that their yoga journey authentic to them. We would start with a consultation on the day of practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 HR RYT, Chair Yoga Certification, Restorative Yoga Certification
Enrolled in Advanced 500 hr training and prenatal yoga training
