I needed to have a dishwasher repaired, so I went out and got quotes from four companies. Quality Appliance Repair was the first to respond and, subsequently, offered the best price. Asif was very responsive in communicating and was able to come out the next day to perform the repairs. The work was done professionally and with great value. Asif did an excellent job replacing the drain pump on my LG washer. He was professional, on time, and got the job done quickly. My washing machine broke and flooded some water. I was very grateful for the immediate response, even though it was evening. We set an appt for the next day, and I was very pleased with the outcome. We shared appliance information ahead of time, and he came prepared and knowledgeable about what to do. I enjoyed watching and learning about the repair. Before he left, he gave me a very helpful tip about how to fix a minor problem with my refrigerator as well.
