T&H provided the drinks at our companies Summer Event in June. They were incredibly easy to work with and had great attitudes throughout the event. I would definitely work with the Tortoise and Hare for future events. Thanks for all your help gentleman!

Brian and Katie were fabulous. I was planning a luncheon for faculty at my school. Based on our budget, Brian suggested a couple of options. I decided on the Baked potato/Salad Bar. It was delicious. the potatoes were huge, and the toppings (crisp bacon, cheese, sour cream, butter, broccoli, and chili) were fresh and substantial. The chili was so good that many of my colleagues just ate it with some amazing jalapeno cornbread. The salad bar had cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, feta and parmesan cheese, sunflowers seeds, and two dressings. People raved about the produce and were especially pleased that they had three types of greens --- romaine, mixed greens, and spinach. The dessert trays were large and the cake pops were especially good. We could not have been happier with the food and the service. the food arrived in time and the set up was perfect. We will definitely utilize Tortoise & Hare again!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to speak with the customer before sending out quotes so that we make sure both parties are completely on the same page versus sending a general quote that may be completely out of the ballpark for that client.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with everyone from individuals to companies like Deloitte, Mitre Corporation, Lockheed Martin, America's Health Insurance Plans, Conservation International, Cambridge Associates, 1776 and the Smithsonian Institution to name a few.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We've begun a summer Happy Hour series with the Hirshhorn Musuem where we are providing bar services every Monday from June til October.
