Service provider was hired to clean and inspect my fireplace. He took time to show me some cracks in my fireplace that were minor and did not need repair at the moment, but to keep an eye on them. He let me know what he was doing and the condition of my fireplace and chimney. You spent a lot of time cleaning it. He was very personable, professional, and did not try to sell me on extra things that I did not need. He cleaned up well after he worked on my fireplace. He showed up right on time. He did not rush and answered all of my questions.

I am almost speechless. I will not search for another company to complete my required biannual dryer vent and fireplace inspection in the future. Mr. Chimney and Air Duct Cleaning will be the only company I call, as long as they are in business. The tech was calm, respectful of my home (and cat!), thorough in his inspection and cleaning, cleaned my dryer vent on a ladder in the rain and really I am floored! Thank you for being so awesome!
