FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is unique so we like to go through our initial steps of finding out what our clients want and need before we can quote an event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we first like to get a brief overview of the style and scale of the event they would like us to provide flowers for. Once we are able to determine if we will be a good fit, we schedule a phone consultation to go more in depth so that we make sure we understand the vision and can provide a solid floral design proposal to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background in floral design includes courses with American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) certified florists at Washington Flower School in Takoma Park, Maryland, Luxury Wedding Floral Design training with Intrigue Design & Decor in Annapolis, as well as classes with Team Flower School based out of North Carolina. Floral design is a continuing education field so I take classes every year to stay on top of the latest design styles and techniques.
