Khalid was incredibly professional & friendly. He communicated prior to his visit to keep me apprised of his anticipated arrival time. When determined the issue with our refrigerator he made sure to show me exactly where & what it was, explained how it happened and how he would fix it. After he was done he showed me the repair and how to avoid it in the future. I will absolutely use him again for any repairs needed to our appliances. Thank you!
