Liz was patent with me! I have little coordination and Liz helped me learn to swim. I am going snorkleing in July and have learned to swim well enough to swim in the ocean. Thanks to Liz's tips for swimming using less energy, I can swim further without getting tired. Well worth every penny spent on her lessons!

I am sooo grateful to have found Liz. She has a special talent for teaching young children. My son was very shy and as soon as he learned how to swim with Liz’s method he came out of his shell. He is now a happy swimmer. Liz was able to work with him since May and he is now on his way to becoming a good swimmer before he turns two. I was very pleased with the results these last 3 months. This has been the best investment of the year.

I have tried so many other swim teachers and none of them were able to help me overcome my fear of the water. Liz spent alot of time with me to teach me breathing and relaxation techniques for swimming. I now can swim several lenghts in the pool and am not exausted. My rotary breathing is so easy with Liz's methodology. Bless the Lord I have been saved!!

Liz has given my children confidence in and around the water. Our family has been fortunate to find Liz. She has taught all 4 of my children to swim and now my older children are playing water polo and on a swim team. Her lesson packages and travel to our home pool has been benificial to our whole family.
