- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Prices include the labor, Gas, and dump fees. However I am a human being and am willing to negotiate so both of us are happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new people, which is basically the nature of this business, i want to establish a rapport with them and get to know them as a person as well. In my opinion a great relationship with people, establishes trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Junk removal business for over a year, and have developed many working relationships, along with many networks that helps this business along with helping the customer. in the best possible way.
