Very responsive, punctual. He did removed the weeds, put down new mulch and planted flowers in my flower bed, as well as removed stones I didn’t want. He brought his own fertilizer and put it around the flowers as well. I’ll use him again.

Unprofessional and Unreliable – Stay Away from SoloGreen I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor when dealing with SoloGreen. After days of discussion and back-and-forth negotiating a fair and mutually agreed-upon price, the contractor abruptly refused to work with me altogether—no explanation, no notice, just flat-out unprofessional behavior. We had come to terms on the scope and cost of the work, and I was ready to move forward in good faith. I cleared my schedule, made the necessary arrangements, and was fully prepared to begin the project. Instead, I was met with complete radio silence followed by a curt and dismissive refusal to proceed. This was not only an incredible waste of my time, but also deeply disrespectful. It’s one thing to decline a job upfront, but to go through negotiations, make verbal commitments, and then walk away without warning is beyond unprofessional. What makes matters worse is the lack of communication. I was left hanging, chasing updates, and ultimately being ghosted. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just a complete lack of accountability. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, responsive, or remotely reliable, look elsewhere. SoloGreen may market themselves as eco-friendly and community-oriented, but my experience showed me they lack the most basic standards of professionalism and customer respect. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

We are really sorry that you feel that way . We always consider our customers top priority and that is why we quote labor and materials fairly and reasonably. I am taking my time as I did when I quoted your weeding and mulching project. Because it is really hard nowadays how people like you Firass take advantage just because we have technology so we can make others look bad. We have the estimate I made you Which was labor and materials. Honestly did not expect you to expect us getting your job done , weeding and mulch installation plus weed preventing (plastic ) for such price $300.00 and brick removing and installing plastic underneath so the weed can not grow . That is why I did let you know that we rather not move forward because you wanted to pay material only. How about labor . We all work to feed ourselves right ! I am glad how you give use to the site. Threatening us by leaving a bad review on google, Reddit, and to report us to thumbtack. Wow.! We are glad serving DMV area.
