Pleasant experience with these guys. They reached out to me via a Thumbtack inquiry (the only shop to respond.) They communicated well as they kept me informed that they were looking for the correct part for my PC. Then they called me to give me options on which one to order, timeframe for repair, etc. The part arrived ahead of schedule, they called to arrange the repair, they came to my home to pick up the computer, then delivered it the next day. Shortly after they delivered the PC and gave me a few minutes to test it, they called to finalize the payment and explained that there's a 90-day warranty on their work. I'm a week out from the repair and things are working fine. I would use them again!!

I requested to have a glass screen protector replacement for my iPad Mini 4. The iTouch Repair store was one of the independent booths within the Thift store. My job included removal of the cracked screen protector, cleaning of any residual glass, and installation of a new screen protector (I provided). While my job was being done (1 Hour), I chose to walk and shop around the Thrift store. It was very convenient. The replacement was well done, it's survived my toddler so far. Thank you!

I cracked my iPhone 11 Pro screen and requested a screen replacement. A technician came out that day to my home and replaced my screen in under 30minutes. The replacement screen ended up being faulty and was having issues and when I reached out and let them know, they scheduled the tech to come back out ASAP with a new screen which now is working perfectly! Highly recommend iTouch Repair for your iPhone repair needs.

Went in because the glass protecting one of my camera lenses on my iPhone 12 Pro was shattered. It took the technician 10 mn to fix. Great work too. Very professional result. Paid 50 bucks. Happy customer!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We setup a customer profile, online portal to access real time and check the status of their repairs, book an appointment, approve estimate and make payments thru our iTouch Repair Portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally I have trained in one of the most well known cell phone repair training centers in Las Vegas. In addition to obteining a Master in Microsoldering Certification. Also, all our technicians are trained in-house and most importantly, we are constantly training and developing new techniques to repair all your devices. Always keeping up-to-date with the technology.
