Personal Training for individuals, who are concerned about pain, previous injuries, generalized weakness and balance issues is provided with care. Ver professional and listened to my husband’s health mobility issues and provided guidance and gave us activities to perform daily. Completed two wellness sessions and my husband is motivated and started to exercise more on his on. Grateful for the insights and Taha’s years of experience and patients. TaHa is the best! Right away he motivated my bed ridden Mom to get up and move. He is calm and patient and just inspires her! He looks at progress holistically - body AND soul - and gets her moving and exercising. Because of TaHa's wonderful methods, I know she will eventually get up and walk on her own. I highly recommend TaHa!!!

I had an ongoing stability problem with my knee which doctors told me my leg muscles needed to be strengthened. Ta Ha gave me an easy exercise to strengthen the muscles around my knee on a daily basis and the results were a huge improvement in my strength. The best part is that I did not need any surgery or any expensive medical procedures done after my treatment. Ta Ha's knowledge, professionalism, and experience is top notch. Highly recommended.
