FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The truth is, I would always rather work than not be working. I understand that people have limited budgets, and I want clients to know that I am flexible and willing to work with them to get them what they need for a price they can afford. My rates are negotiable, so let me know what you'd like to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know what they're looking for, and we discuss the best way to do that. Sometimes this involves concepting and brainstorming, sometimes the client already knows exactly what they need. From there we work together to create a scope of work and a budget that makes sense for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to a college degree in producing and directing video from a well-known liberal arts school, I have been working in the video and photography field professionally for ten years. I have worked on projects with millions of dollars and other projects that had hardly a penny. I have worn all the hats and I understand what needs to be done to get the best product for my clients. Experience is the best teacher.
