They replaced the siding on my house and installed new gutters. The demo was a lot of work and the house is old. The bid was the lowest I received from a company that had good reviews. There were unforeseen issues discovered once the siding was removed and they either just fixed it or worked around me fixing it myself at no additional cost. Also, there was some quality control issues (nothing concerning or that I would have been upset about if not fixed) but they immediately fixed them once they were identified. I'm very happy with how things turned out and would work with them again or recommend them to friends/family.

Real1Construction did an excellent job installing gutter guards and repairing a damaged gable on my home. They were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process, offered fair pricing, and never tried to upsell unnecessary work. The quality of the finished job was professional and looks great. Highly recommend, and I’d gladly work with them again

Real1 has a very professional and expert team. They were able to help with lots of advice and options on how to best do some roof repairs and upgrading the roof along with gutter and attic insulation upgrades. Furthermore, they added some great additional storage space in the attic along with attic stairs which is fantastic! Fair pricing and transparent overall on what was possible to do and never tried to upsell anything beyond from what we wanted.Would absolutely recommend Real1 Construction services!!

Jason came out to inspect our skylights and roof. We made a decision to replace 2 sklyights in our sun room with the automatic shade control. In comparing prices and the work performed by his team, he offered a good value with the selection of Velux skylights. I would highly recommend Real1Contruction for your roof repairs.
