I had a leaking in the powder room, above which is a laundry room. Firstly I hired a roof company ( charged me hundreds) claiming the roof is leaking. Then I hired a plumber who came without able to find the root cause. Until I got a response from Jason, the owner of Real1Construction, who said he can also help with testing the leak. He sent out his plumber and found it was an issue with dryer exhaust vent not properly connected while I almost agreed with the other plumber to open up the damaged dry wall to find out where the water came from. Thanks Jason for his professionalism and knowledge. They know the big picture about the whole house, the construction, roofing and plumbing system. You can entrust them to do more than just roof repair work!
