- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask what the client is looking to accomplish. Whether that is generating more business via brochures that they plan to pass out, or make presentations more appealing through motion graphics. Once we figure that out, we work with the client throughout the creative process to ensure that the final product is to his/her liking.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide range of clients. Ranging from large publishing companies to local businesses who need us to design and print their advertisements.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is your price range? Do you already have a clear idea of what you're looking for or would you like to have a few ideas presented to you? This makes things much easier for the designer and the customer.
