This past winter during a major snowstorm, a frozen pipe burst and flooded two entire floors of my house. It was a nightmare situation. I found this company online and reached out, and they responded immediately and came out right away to give me a quote.
Their pricing was very fair, and they were able to start the work quickly to prevent mold from developing. The entire team was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. They even handled all the communication with my insurance company, which made a stressful situation much more manageable.

My families hair salon in Maryland had a plumbing issue and flooded the entire place overnight. Our salon is pretty large, about 3,000 sq ft. We came in the next morning to a complete mess and immediately went on Google and ended up calling Local Flood Services. I spoke with Zach and he came out the same day for an estimate. They handled everything with our insurance and made the situation way less stressful. They did the water cleanup and handled everything before mold could start to grow. Really easy to work with and made my family feel really comfortable throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Local Flood Services to anyone dealing with a flood.

My washing machine flooded on the main floor of my townhouse and ended up damaging the basement ceiling/walls as well. I panicked, hopped on google, and ended up calling Local Flood Services. They sent someone out same day (which was great- I didn’t want mold to start growing) and got an estimate directly to my insurance and handled everything over the next few days. They made the process very easy and removed a ton of stress from my mind. No one likes waking up to a flooded house, but they took great care of me and my home. I’ll 100% be calling them if I ever deal with this again, and I’ve already told my friends and family to call these guys for flood or disaster damage. 10/10 highly recommend.

We had a pipe burst at our office and the entire floor ended up flooding. We found Local Flood Services online and Zach and his team were able to come out the same day to give us an estimate. Everyone was super nice and easy to work.
They handled everything with our insurance which made the whole situation way less stressful for us. The whole process felt really smooth and they did a great job with the cleanup.
Hopefully we never have to deal with something like that again, but if we do we’d definitely call them again. Zach, specifically was wonderful and highly recommend!
