My families hair salon in Maryland had a plumbing issue and flooded the entire place overnight. Our salon is pretty large, about 3,000 sq ft. We came in the next morning to a complete mess and immediately went on Google and ended up calling Local Flood Services. I spoke with Zach and he came out the same day for an estimate. They handled everything with our insurance and made the situation way less stressful. They did the water cleanup and handled everything before mold could start to grow. They handled everything with our insurance which made the whole situation way less stressful for us. The whole process felt really smooth and they did a great job with the cleanup.
Hopefully we never have to deal with something like that again, but if we do we’d definitely call them again. Zach, specifically was wonderful and highly recommend!
