He spent several hours trying to clean the awning. He finally said it would rip because the material was too old. he suggested I replace the whole thing. I said I would think about it. He refused to take the $280 he had quoted, and I gave him $100 for his time and trouble.

Val was great. He arrived early and took his time with replacing belt on my riding lawnmower, finishing earlier than expected. His price was much cheaper than other local sources, and he diagnosed a potential problem on the mower that could be an issue later. I will definitely choose him again, and possibly for other household repairs. Great work!

Handyman Val successfully completed 5 items for us including: replaced toilet internals to stop water running, replaced outside broken dryer vent covers, replaced faulty recessed light, replaced bedroom door knob and hung a bedroom large painting. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services fee $170 which includes inspection of the unit/equipment/houses/area of works. We diagnose why your stove, dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, lawnmower, grill, etc not working. Find right parts or materials and order them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we received request or booking from new customers and scoop of work not clearly explain in description, we ask customer to explain details of work. Asking pictures of the area of work. Model number of the equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the construction work (woodwork, electrical, plumbing) I have around 16 years of experience For the equipment work I have 8 years of experience working with different of electronics For lawnmower I have directly 6 years of experience + 6 years I fixed helicopter and 13 years military ground vehicles including generators.
