I used NOVAMovers for a small movethe equivalent of a studio apartment. My experience from beginning to end was very positive. Amine was understanding when my move date changed and rescheduled me without any difficulty, and Joel and Jose, my movers on the day, were quick and efficient not only loading and unloading the boxes, but disassembling and reassembling my bed frame, as well. The whole move took about two and a half hours and was the very model of professional, courteous service. Top marks for the entire team.
