They were amazing! They were able to start my move an hour ahead of schedule and moved all of our stuff so fast! They had all the equipment they needed to make the move go smoothly--tools, dollies, blankets, crates, and probably a lot of other stuff I didn't even see. They were moving stuff so fast that my roommate and I couldn't even keep track. It was like our furniture was just disappearing! The move in to our new place went equally smoothly. They were extremely efficient. We never got the sense that they were trying to take longer to add more time on the clock or anything like that. All in all, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I used NOVAMovers for a small move—the equivalent of a studio apartment. My experience from beginning to end was very positive. Amine was understanding when my move date changed and rescheduled me without any difficulty, and Joel and Jose, my movers on the day, were quick and efficient not only loading and unloading the boxes, but disassembling and reassembling my bed frame, as well. The whole move took about two and a half hours and was the very model of professional, courteous service. Top marks for the entire team.

They did a fantastic job, were super friendly and easy to work with. A few things broke on the move, but it was all things that we packed ourselves and did a poor job packing. The things they packed were well taken care of and treated well too! The guy in charge was also flexible and was helpful when I was sick on the day of the move. My only slight complaint was the last minute change in schedule but they were polite, reasonable and flexible about it. Would hire them again in a heartbeat if I had to move again!
