This was the best local move, I have ever experienced. Everything went smooth from beginning to end. From Amine coming to survey my apartment (most companies just wanted to give me an estimate over the phone) to have an accurate view of my belongings to give me an accurate quote and his patience in responding to my emails (changing the move date and confirming move date and times). But I can't say enough good things about the movers, themselves. They were on time, professional and GREAT. They packed up my place so fast and didn't even blink at the 3 flights of stairs at the old apartment or the 3 flights at the new townhouse. They were courteous, kind and very gracious. Because they finished earlier than anticipated they even offered to help me unpack (which I refused). But when I did unpack, not one thing was cracked, scratched or broken. It was a stressful day (for me) but a good day and NOVA was the reason I was able to relax a bit. Thanks, so much, for making this move so easy. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The two movers arrived exactly on time (8-8:30AM window and they arrived at 8:15AM), efficiently helped me to pack, loaded their truck, and moved me within just a few hours. I was incredibly impressed by their speed and courtesy. I'd highly recommend them to anyone else moving.
