Guys showed up on time and wrapped everything well before placing my furniture on their large truck. They even moved everything and unloaded a few hours faster than there estimate !

I moved from a one bedroom to a townhouse within the same area. I was only looking for movers that would be able to move my heavy furniture. I decided to hire NovaMovers after researching multiple movers in the area. They really were helpful from the beginning. They reached out to me within hours of my posting on Thumbtack and answered all my questions in a timely and respectful manner. Their customer service was fantastic. On the day of the move, they came early and we were called beforehand to let us know what was going on. As soon as they arrived they saw what they had to move and efficiently got it done within the timeframe even though I added some of the lighter furniture as well. When they didn't think that they would get a piece of furniture as I liked, they talked it through and got it to work no matter what and without any complaints or hesitation. They were very professional. When we got to the townhouse, they moved the furniture to the exact places that I wanted them to be and worked with us if we changed our mind in the process. After the move was complete, there were no surprise charges and the supervisor talked me on the phone to ensure that everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again if I move again and would highly recommend them.

Our contact with Amine at NovaMovers was to hire a couple guys to load furniture from a house to a truck. Nova was very professional and timely in their contact and schedualling. Unfortunately our schedule changed and we were unable to use this company. Amine tried to work us in by rescheduling but it didn't work. The company and Amine were great but time wise it didn't work. I would definitely contact them again if i needed their services. Thank you!
