What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know that buyers have strong preferences about communicating with suppliers. We understand and want to work with you "on your terms". However, custom work requires attention to detail. If you have artwork we're almost ready to print. If not, just let us know and so we can help you through the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because we deal in many product lines it's difficult to be specific with regard to eduction and training. However, if your job is apparel (shirts, caps, etc.) we have an on-line free online design studio available. After you've created your masterpiece, ask for a link.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Sorry but there are to many products and when coupled with the number decorating techniques there's no way to list any pricing guidelines. Some products have set-up costs and frieght and others do not. Just be a specific as you as you request a quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a buyer of these products for years. It has always interested me!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kinds of businesses. It's not unusual for us to work with a trade association, a pizza parlor and a insurance agency - all in the same day. Every business, organization and individual is a potential customer. Please just call!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we produced almost 2000 caps for a trade association which we source out of China. The customer was very pleased with the job and how cost effective it turned out but because of the off-shore production this order took about 10 weeks. If you need your job sooner, no worried. We have many sources, some of which produce with lightening speed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
