- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a three tiered pricing system offering something for everyone. You can find more details on our website under the "Pricing" tab.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk to the customer on the phone and find out what they are looking for in a property manager. If we're a good fit, then we will generally meet at the property and answer any additional questions for the owner and perhaps ask a few of our own. At that point most people are ready to sign an agreement to have us start managing their home. We also have customers that we have never met face to face. Because our market has a large number of out of State Owners, we have worked with many people over the phone and internet to set up our services. We're comfortable with whatever works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our Property Managers are licensed Realtors and are "PM Certified" by the Virginia Association of Realtors.
