I can say without hesitation that our current website that was designed and implemented by Neutrino Design is the finest we have had to date. While the older websites served their purpose, they were static and very difficult to manage and maintain. We had to depend on external experts for the simplest of changes. Other than being expensive, it was also inconvenient. That has all changed with the wonderful job Neutrino Design has done with our current site. Their 6-hour training session and the comprehensive manual they developed for us allows us to now do all routine updates/maintenance in-house. The sites modular design/architecture lends itself very well to future enhancements and upgrades without impacting the current functionality. Neutrino Design's follow-up on issues related to the site is exceptional.

I had a wonderful experience with Neutrino Design. My company had a pretty complex website they needed to be completed, and on a short deadline, and I was tasked with hiring a company to get it done. I have no experience in product development, so needless to say, the task was a daunting one.
Thankfully, after going through numerous proposals from the various firms we talked to, we decided to go with Neutrino. They made the whole process very easy and provided wonderful suggestions along the way. We're actually still working together to this day and I couldn't be happier with the results.

We hired Neutrino Design to rebuild our digital products and create a digital platform where people could invest in securities. We were out of our element with the work, so we knew we had to partner with an external agency. We had our own view of what we wanted it all to look like, and we worked with Neutrino Design so that they could capture the appropriate vision for it. I would say that they nailed it. That project required a huge amount of time and attention because it involved lots of different legal jurisdictions, tax implications, and regulatory considerations, all of which had to be constructed, in my view, with the appropriate connectivity, aesthetics, functionality and so forth. Our digital platform has gotten kudos as one of the top two or three on Wall Street. Neutrino Design is the greatest.

We use a time and materials (T&M) pricing model where you pay only for the hours worked and materials used. This keeps projects flexible and transparent as they evolve. Our rates are standardized by the GSA (U.S. General Services Administration) calculator for fairness and consistency.
