From the time we met, Patty demonstrated her ability to understand my desires, needs and concerns. This was my first experience with a full home remodel and I was very nervous. She made me feel at ease, helped me portray my vision, and captured the essence of the look and feel I wanted for my home. Her design and the options provided clearly validated her knowledge and the quality of her work. She maintained her enthusiasm throughout the project, worked within my budget, and displayed much flexibility in accommodating changes along the way. Patty skillfully managed to stay on schedule to meet the project's tight 3-month deadline with her team's great performance. She brought my vision to a reality just in time for Christmas and I couldn't be happier!

I love what Patty did in my dining room and sun porch! She met with me to learn my interests and see my other furnishings. Her presentation was well prepared and she offered great choices of styles and fabrics. I was not overwhelmed and loved doing this in my own home. Once the first job was done, I was ready to work on the family room. I know that Patty will bring me items that are beautiful, dramatic and not be found if I shopped on my own. She has access to a huge number of vendors so there are choices to meet everyone's needs. She is a pleasure to work with!

Patty did a fantastic job in my dining room and sun porch! From window treatments to lamps and great furniture, she offered great choices of styles and fabrics. It was nice to shop from my own home and see how her choices would go with my existing things. She's now working on my family room!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    To bring your visions to reality the journey begins with a meeting at your home or commercial space to discuss your needs, visions and style preference and determine the scope and budget of the project. Once we have been retained for services, we’ll take measurements and do a complete analysis of the layout, functionality and flow of your spaces. Then after a week or so depending on how many rooms we are designing at a time , we come back with a presentation including floor plans, choices of furniture , window treatment, art, flooring, etc. to present to you. After all the pieces have been selected, we will purchase all the selections and manage the project,including scheduling and on-site management of contractor’s work, acceptance and directing of deliveries, and full supervision of all furnishing or remodeling installations. Once everything have been delivered and installed, we will reveal your beautiful new space.
