everything was going pretty decent at first. they reached out saying that they were on vacation and would follow up with me when they returned. they seemed pretty busy but we finally nailed down a time for them to provide a quote for a new front door. the night before, i sent a text just to make sure that the appointment was still on. they didn’t reply, so i assumed they were still coming. so i waited around my home for the time of my appointment and a couple hours after just in case. they did not show up and there was no response or cancellation call or text. i waited for a week or so before i reached out again, seeing if everything was okay… no response. it’s been almost a week later since that follow up text and still nothing. it literally takes two seconds to let someone know you can’t make it.
