Zafar was very respectful, honest and informative! I was asking so many questions because I had no clue how everything worked and he was very patient with me. He explained everything very well! I learned a lot from him! I had some concerns about my home not heating so Zafar checked my outside unit, furnace and vents. Thankfully everything checked out fine. I will definitely be hiring him again for all my hvac needs. He even got my gas fireplace (that I didn’t even know functioned properly) working which I had not used since I moved in 6 months ago! Thank you Zafar!

Please be forewarned these folks are not hones and not transparent in prices. They take advantage of the situation. They get the part for cheap and charge twice the amount to customer. I had a part that cost 150 dollars, and I was told it cost 328 and made the invoice to be 500 for a quick connecting the part. I went with another company and got it done for half the price they quoted me. The people are not transparent in their prices and use bait and switch practices. Do not use for they do price manipulation and refuse to provide receipts.

We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with our HVAC services. We take customer satisfaction seriously and would like to investigate this further. Please contact us directly so we can discuss your concerns . Our technician informed us that on his arrival to diagnose the issue , the customer gas furnace door was open, and some universal part was there. The customer who was at home told the technician that one of our handyman tried to fix the furnace with an online universal part but failed to fix it. We don't use universal parts. We always use OME parts from the manufacturer according to the model number with warranty.

Mr Syed probably knows his work, but I am disappointed with lack of honesty in pricing. I paid double of what should have been charged. The disclaimer that if you hire will waive $69 is not true as he makes customer pay what he has to pay thumbtack to advertise on it. A part that is few dollars he charged me a lot and charged labor twice. Work is good but would have been nice to see professional honesty.
