- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically contact the client after they have filled out my contact forum. I would schedule an appointment to discuss design options, expectations as well as general pricing. Within 3-5 business days a proposal will be sent to the client. After the design is approved, we will follow up with a contract and invoice. Depending on the date, either a $150 service retainer fee or a 50% deposit is required. We will coordinate additional logistics to ensure the venue is prepared for our arrival.
