Even though they were unable to be on time (they texted me with their changes in itinerary), I would use this company again & again. I hired Grout & Carpet Wizards for a carpet cleaning and bathroom grout work. For both jobs there were fast, professional, courteous, and their work was excellent. For the carpet cleaning, Charles spent lots of time with me regarding my allergies. I was concerned about the pad underneath the carpet wouldn't dry completely and grow mold. He adjusted the settings of his machine and I couldn't be happier with the job. Angelo did a wonderful job fixing the grout etc in my shower. It looks great! Highly recommended!
