Oh my gosh these guys are such a blessing! I have had rugs cleaned, furniture cleaned and grout upgraded to a new more current color! They are professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. I had a rug that had been soaked in a bathroom flood and reached out in a panic. Grout And Caret Wizards were willing to work with me to attempt to save it and indeed they saved it beautifully. These are good people and take pride in providing great service. I am so grateful I have found them and I will use them again and again because, yes, things happen and when it does, they will the ones I call! Thank you Grout and Carpet Wizards! You are the Best!

Very happy with the end result of having family room and bedroom carpets cleaned. Family room carpet had some stains on it from my pet and Byron was able to get all but one of them removed. Carpets look great and smell much better. Arrived on time, was very courteous and professional and took care to ensure that nothing was damaged in the process. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Byron was very courteous and professional. He clearly explained what he was doing and then showed the issues in our shower. The tile restoration that he did in our shower was well done, very neat and we are very happy with the work. We definitely will recommend Grout & Carpet Wizards to our friends.

A personable voice answered my call and arranged an appointment sooner than I could have imagined. The technician was thorough and I couldnt believe the results. Why didnt I do this years sooner?The only suggestion is to prep any furniture youd like them to clean under.Very pleased
