Kenny did a good job with my snow removal service. My car was stuck because of the hard ice and he made sure that my car was removed prior to his departure. I would hire Kenny and this company again.
Details: I need snow plowing this one time, right now • I need salt and de-icing • Driveway • Less than 500 sq ft (~2 car driveway) • Flat

I left a message via Thumbtack around midnight last night and received a call this morning by 9AM - on a Sunday yet! Kenny was able to come over late this morning and take care of the project (installation of a garbage disposal). He was prompt, prepared, and professional. He quickly did the install and in the meantime answered all our questions as he worked (until we stopped bugging him). He even checked out another plumbing issue we were having and actually solved that (no additional charge). I highly recommend Kenny and Welch Works.

Arrived on time and got straight to work, and got the job done quickly and correctly. Even good at thinking on his feet when presented with some unexpectedly challenging old wiring! I’ll definitely hire him again.

I hired this pro to install a new kitchen sink faucet. He was very responsive when we messaged about price and time. He was a little delayed on the day of the project, but he warned me in advance that he was running late, which I greatly appreciated because I was able to work something else into my schedule. He arrived ready to work and got right to it. He was quick, efficient, and when finished he alerted me to something I needed to be aware of. He even took a few minutes for me to discuss a few other projects with him. I plan on using him for future projects and definitely recommend him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I either charge an hourly rate or a set price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask for pictures and details before arriving so we are prepared before we arrive for our first in person consultation. We then stop by for an in person consultation and assess damages and provide estimates all at no cost. After we agree to a budget, we typically ask for 20-30% of the cost up front for material costs, provide the clients with receipts than proceed to do great work!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received an associates degree in applied sciences from PVCC in 2014.
