Three exclusive chefs and six servers rotate events so we are fresh and ready to give expertise to make your vision come true. We also happen to be a non profit, which means you get a great price with high quality. Let's sit down and discuss what you want to work within your venue and budget. Our wedding planner is ready to assists with any question you may have. With well over 200 weddings, christenings, bridal parties and many family events under our belt you know we have the experience to create a wonderful time for you and your guests. Bettie has been extremely helpful with finalizing my wedding buffet options. With the short notice she was given,I am pleasantly surprised at the amount food offerings she suggested and is able to provide. I sleep easier now knowing she is on the job. Can't wait for Sept.3, 2016.

Bettie was extremely flexible and helpful in catering our wedding. She has plenty of additional resources including decorations and beautiful mix/matched China and met with us multiple times before the wedding to help with planning and taste tests. The price she gave us in the beginning was never altered and she provided many extra things like some decorations etc. The food was really good and they were able to accommodate our desire for refined tacos with a variety of sides! Thanks again for everything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my pricing relates to the type of menu my client chooses. For instance a garden, light fare will be less expensive than an evening event. Both provide stellar service at an incredible price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my client at the space in which their event will take place and listen to what is expected. Together we discuss details and my customer can review photos from our past functions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BFA degree in Art History/Graphic Design. As well as being certified in secondary education.
