- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates fluctuate for fall and summer seasons, but we take pride in being transparent about our costs. Our hourly rates are set for each season and are guaranteed. Your invoice will break down each of your services so you know exactly what you are paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We customize our services to fit the needs of the customers. So our first step entails listening to what exactly the customer needs. Unlike some moving companies, we only require a 2 hour minimum and that's it, and there are no hidden fees or charges. We don't expect our customers to have to flex the difficulty of moving any more than necessary. We are full service, we will do as much or as little as it suits the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire only professional movers or individuals with very closely related experience. Our other requirement to work on our crew is physical capability. We work in all types of weather and conquer moves from 3 stair cases up. We also move pianos, safes and pool tables. Our guys have to be able to handle that and we don't mess around with guys who can't or won't.
